We do not accept returns on food items due to health and safety reasons.
However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must contact us via WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Proof of issue (photo/video) will be required for verification.
Refunds will only be issued if:
You receive a damaged or wrong item.
The product is unavailable after your order and payment.
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 5-7 working days after approval.
If eligible, we will arrange a replacement delivery for damaged or incorrect items at no additional cost.
Replacement requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placing the order. After this time, the order is considered confirmed and will be processed for delivery.
