  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

  • Full payment is required at the time of placing an order through our secure payment gateway.

3. Product Availability

  • All products are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock after your order, we will notify you immediately via WhatsApp and either offer a refund or replacement.

4. Delivery Policy

  • Deliveries are made through our trusted courier partners.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party services.

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery information. Balochi Food will not be liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses.

5. Return & Refund Policy

  • We do not accept returns on food products for hygiene reasons.

  • In case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery for a possible replacement or refund. Proof (photo/video) is required.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placement. After this time, the order is confirmed and cannot be canceled.
