We currently deliver to all major cities within Pakistan through our trusted courier partners.
Note: Some remote or restricted areas may not be serviceable. We will notify you if your address falls outside our delivery zone.

2. Delivery Time

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours after payment confirmation.

  • Estimated delivery time:

    • Karachi: 1-2 working days

    • Other major cities: 2-4 working days

    • Remote areas: 4-5 working days

Note: Delivery time may vary due to public holidays, weather conditions, or courier delays.

3. Delivery Charges

  • Flat delivery charges will be applied at checkout based on your delivery location.

  • Any promotional free delivery offers will be clearly mentioned on the website.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp to monitor your parcel's status through our courier partner’s website.

5. Delivery Issues

If your order is damaged, delayed, or missing, please contact us within 24 hours of the expected delivery time through WhatsApp. We will assist you in coordinating with the courier partner.

6. Incomplete/Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
We will not be responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses.

  • Additional charges for re-delivery attempts.

7. International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international delivery. Our services are limited to Pakistan only.
